The MV Princess of Acadia is back to her natural element tonight. I went down to Point Prim this afternoon and first spotted her at 14:50 hrs (2:50 p.m.), By 15:30, she would be just off Point Prim and at 16:10, she was finally docked. It didn't take long for the shore crew to spring into action to remove spare propeller blades and other equipment from the vehicle deck by forklift. There was over 1/2 a lane of passenger vehicles, 2 1/4 lanes of semis, one Motor coach and one drop trailer for her inaugural sailing after refit. By 16:50, she slipped her moorings and headed for Saint John, New Brunswick.
