Saulnierville wharf improvements: 2014 edition

So what's on tap for 2014 for Saulnierville wharf? here's a few things that could happen this year.

 Figure 1: Start of the gangway for a future floating wharf to be added at some point.  Note the ferry Christopher Stannix was still around at that time, photo taken April 27.

 Figure 2-3: Green epoxy pilings and gangway for future floating wharf, pilings arrived in fall 2013 and gangway sometime this winter.

Phase 2 of development for Saulnierville wharf and Harbour includes blasting sandstone and after that's completed, dredging followed by construction of floating dock can begin.  Phase 1 (construction of north breakwater) was done in 2010 with a small extension in 2012.
