Liam update

 Since my last update on the Liam about two and a half months ago, the anchor holder has been painted and there's now two life raft canisters on her stern (one on each side).  Other than being moved to the adjacent wharf this week, nothing much had moved during the month of July when it came to the completion of the vessel which arrived at the shipyard as Lady Lisa II back in February.
