Dredging at the Meteghan Wharf is expected to commence soon and the job is expected to take approximately six weeks according to sources. There has also been a call for six employees (among those, four deckhands) for dredging operations this summer with already four names applied as of Monday June 10, deadline for applications is this Wednesday (June 19) All those interested should go to the Harbour Authority of Meteghan offices in the parking lot. I'm pretty sure McNally has the contract, but it still remains to be seen as no dredge is at the wharf at this time. No word as of yet on when the Saulnierville Wharf will be dredged.
