It's Sunday, but there's still work going on on the new ferry
Christopher Stannix today in order for the ship to be delivered soon. A few of the AF Theriault crew came down to the wharf in Saulnierville for work on the bridge and interior. Here's a link to

Before the Christopher Stannix was launched this year, the
Halifax III (pictured here in front of
Bluenose II in Lunenburg last September) and
Dartmouth III were
constructed in 1979 while the
Woodside I was built in 1986. All three ships were constructed at Ferguson/Pictou Industries. The last build they made was the
MV Confederation, the ferry currently connecting Wood Islands, PE and Caribou, N.S. 21 years ago. Info from
